WHO WE ARE

In 2003, The Founder of Food For The Nations, Inc, Joanne Fournillier, with the help of her two children, Monique and Jovan, began feeding the homeless on Easter and Thanksgiving. A close friend, Esther Gray later joined the group. They spent their holidays reaching out to these individuals, not only with meals but sharing a word of encouragement and hope for a better tomorrow.

In 2007, after a few years of having an up close and personal look at the harsh reality of homelessness and hunger and seeing the plight of its victims, the vision to go out and do more through programs such as Community Feeding, Pantries, Family Counseling, Emergency & Disaster Relief, Temporary Rescue (a housing program) has been birthed through Food for the Nations, Inc.
